At STACCATO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
